Kendra Rinaldi @griefgratitudepodcast Interview

This episode of Sunflowers & Red Feathers is a part of our Interview Series.

We were able to talk with Kendra Rinaldi who has her own podcast called Grief, Gratitude, and the Gray in Between. Her grief journey started when she lost her 19-year-old sister when she was 21. She then suffered a miscarriage and her mom died of Pancreatic cancer 4 years ago. She is all too familiar with grief.

She started her podcast in March 2020 and has been interviewing people in all different walks of grief: loss of a spouse, friend, parent, and children. Her podcast “is about exploring the grief that occurs at different times in our lives and the gratitude that can come from growing through it.” She has been able to find gratitude in her own grief and wants to provide grievers with tools to help them through their grief as well as the knowledge that they aren’t alone on their journey.

We recognize that grief comes with a wide range of emotions and different ways of coping. We love that her focus is on finding the gratitude, hope, and joy with all of the gray in between. We loved having Kendra in this episode and would highly recommend her podcast to anyone that finds themselves grieving a loss in their own lives.
Thank you Kendra for sharing your journey with us!

May you all find gratitude among the gray in between. Here's how you can find Kendra and her podcast:
